1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Njoin (the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Booking and Payments

  1. Booking Process: Users may book services or make reservations through the Service.
  2. Payments: Njoin uses a third-party payment processor to handle payments. By making a payment, users agree to the terms and conditions of the payment processor.
  3. Deposits: Certain bookings may require an initial deposit. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the booking details.
    For every deposit made by the client, a service charge of 10 percent will be applied. The accumulated initial deposits, including service charges, will be processed and paid out once a month, unless agreed otherwise.

3. User Accounts

  1. Account Creation: Users may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Service. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.
  2. User Data: By using the Service, users consent to the collection, use, and storage of personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

4. GDPR and Estonia Data Protection Compliance

  1. Data Protection: Njoin is committed to protecting user data and complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Estonian data protection laws.
  2. User Rights: Users have the right to access, correct, and delete their personal data. For inquiries regarding personal data, users may contact Njoin at support@njoin.co.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  1. Cancellation Policies: Cancellation policies vary by booking. Users should review the specific cancellation policy provided during the booking process.
  2. Refunds: Refund policies vary and are outlined in the booking details. Refunds may be subject to processing fees.

6. Changes to Terms

Njoin reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing the terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Njoin shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Estonian law.
